SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS-GINSENG SIBERIANO
La mucosa nasale è il punto di contatto predominante tra il sistema respiratorio e l’ambiente esterno. La sua funzione è quella di preparare l’aria ispirata agendo non solo come condotto primario a bassa resistenza dell’aria per raggiungere i polmoni, ma anche per umidificarla, pulirla e riscaldarla. Proprio per le sue caratteristiche, è costantemente esposto ad aero allergeni, prodotti chimici, inquinanti, virus e batteri, causa di infiammazioni che si manifestano come congestione o semplice fastidio ma anche come rinite allergica o sinusite cronica. Inoltre la sua particolare architettura costringe l’aria a passare attraverso vortici che fanno precipitare le impurità più grossolane.
Pensiamo a come è compromesso il nostro sonno quando il naso è anche semplicemente chiuso per metà con ripercussioni che ci portiamo dietro per tutta la giornata. Il rimedio più diffuso per la maggior parte dei pazienti nell’ostruzione nasale è l’utilizzo di spray o decongestionanti nasali che funzionano tramite effetti alfa-adrenergici; purtroppo, questi sono associati a fenomeni di congestione da rimbalzo, che portano all’uso ripetuto e alla successiva “rinite medicamentosa”. Di conseguenza ed alla luce di queste premesse abbiamo pensato un prodotto sulla base di altri meccanismi, che non dessero gli effetti di rimbalzo associati all’uso di decongestionanti.
Di conseguenza, il nostro interesse si è focalizzato nel creare una sinergia di piante con un’interazione positiva e complessa di varie erbe ed abbiamo creato BALIKAIN SPRAY. Questa combinazione di, Scutellaria Baicalensis e Eleuthrococcus Senticosus (ginseng siberiano ) è usata in Cina tradizionalmente per il trattamento della congestione.
